If you are experiencing an issue trying to purchase 'Permanently Remove Ads', Unlimited Texting or World Credits from the Add-Ons screen, please try the following:
- Ensure you are in the original app store region that you downloaded the app in. Fongo Mobile users must be in the Canadian app store region.
Alternatively:
- Sign out of Fongo Mobile app (Account > Logout)
- Sign out of iTunes account (iOS Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out)
- Restart phone (hold power button, swipe Power Off when it appears)
- Open Fongo App and login
- Attempt to make purchase, enter iTunes password when prompted
