There are many reasons why the app might work on WiFi but not Cellular Data, or vice-versa. These connections can often work differently, and require changes to the app's settings to work properly with the internet connection.
WiFi or Cellular Data Not Working
1. The cellular data carrier / WiFi provider may be blocking VOIP traffic or corrupting data while communicating with our servers. We are aware that certain carriers across the world cause this issue. Try the following solutions to determine if the cellular data carrier / WiFi provider is causing the issue:

Enable or disable the following settings in the app, one at a time. Return the setting to the original if this does not fix the issue, then move on to try the next setting:
- "Alternate Fongo Connection"
- "Allow IPv6 Connection"
- "Alternate DNS Resolver"
b. Try using a VPN such as TunnelBear to route all VOIP traffic through it, usually solving the issue.
Specifically, Cellular Data Does Not Work
1. Ensure that your phone has not restricted the Fongo app from using Cellular Data.
