If you are receiving an error such as
- "app is not available in your country"
- "app is not available in your region"
- the add-on fails to load the purchase screen
You might have switched app store countries, which would prevent you from making purchases.
Examples:
- If you are using the Fongo Mobile app, you must be in the Canadian app store to purchase add-ons. Fongo Mobile is only available in the Canadian App store.
- If you purchased the Fongo World Edition app in French App Store, you must be in the French App Store to purchase add-ons. You must purchase add-ons in the country's app store that you first purchased the app in.
It doesn't where you are now, it matters what App store region your account was set to when you originally downloaded the application.
