We have observed certain phone models have poor echo cancellation when using Fongo Mobile. This will be noticeable if you are on a call with someone and they can hear their own voice echo on their end of the call. We've added a couple of options to help alleviate the issue.
- in the side menu, tap on Account
- tap on Settings
- under the Troubleshooting section, try the following one at a time:
- Enable Echo Canceller
- Use Alternate Echo Canceller
- Use Alternate Call Stream
