Google Play Store In-app Purchase Failure

If you are attempting to make a purchase in the Fongo Mobile app on an Android device and are seeing a never-ending load circle, here is a fix to the problem:

Go to the settings app on your Android device.

Go to Apps.

Go to Google Play Store.

Press and hold on Storage.

When you release the ‘Storage’ section, a new screen will appear showing you the ‘Clear Cache’ and ‘Clear Data’ buttons for the Google Play Store app.

Press Clear Cache. 

Restart your device after the cache is cleared. You should be able to make purchases now.
