If you are attempting to make a purchase in the Fongo Mobile app on an Android device and are seeing a never-ending load circle:
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications > App info or See all apps.
- Tap Google Play Services.
- Tap Storage > Clear cache.
- Tap Clear storage > Clear all data > OK.
Alternatively, make sure you are in the Canadian app store region for Fongo Mobile users, or in the original app store region for Fongo World Edition users.
