Voicemails Forwarded to Email
You can have all your voicemail messages forward directly to your email inbox as they come in. Also, any text messages that are sent to your Fongo Home Phone number will be forwarded to your email inbox. Here's how:
- Enter your Fongo Home Phone account settings here
- Enter the "Voicemail & Texts Settings" area
- Enter your email address in the respective field
- Set one of the following options
- none - an email will NOT be sent to you but the voicemail will remain in your Voicemail Mailbox. Text messages sent to your number will not be forwarded to your email.

forward - an email will be sent to you and the voicemail will be deleted from your Voicemail Mailbox
- The voicemail will not be accessible through *98
- Text messages will be sent to your email

copy : default - an email will be sent to you and stay available in your voice mail box
- The voicemail will be accessible through *98
- Text messages will be sent to your email
Not receiving the voicemail emails?
If your voicemail-to-email settings are set properly (following the instructions above), your email service could be redirecting these messages to your spam/junk folder, deleting them immediately, or rejecting the messages entirely.
