Voicemails Forwarded to Email
You can have all your voicemail messages forward directly to your email inbox as they come in. Also, any text messages that are sent to your Fongo Home Phone number will be forwarded to your email inbox. Here's how:
- Enter your Fongo Home Phone account settings here
- Enter the "Voicemail & Texts Settings" area
- Enter your email address in the respective field
- Set one of the following options
- none - an email will NOT be sent to you but the voicemail will remain in your Voicemail Mailbox. Texts sent to your number will do nothing.
- forward - an email will be sent to you and the voicemail will be deleted from your Voicemail Mailbox

Why am I not receiving my voicemails to my email inbox?
After checking your Fongo voicemail settings and ensuring your settings are correct, another reason could be with the email provider settings. Some hints that may help you resolve your problem:
- Check your junk, spam and deleted folders to see if the messages ended up there
- If in junk/spam folders edit your junk/spam settings to eliminate this from happening
- If in "deleted" folder, edit your email filters
- You may need to create a filter in to allow mail from @vm.fongo.com
