For In-App Purchases
Making purchases within the Fongo Mobile app will use the payment method that is tied to your app store account. This payment method can be edited in your app store account.
Examples: Google Play Store users for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS/MacOS users.
How to change your payment method for each app store:
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
- Huawei AppGallery
- Samsung Galaxy Store
- Samsung does not have a help article with instructions, but payment methods are managed through the Samsung account / Galaxy Store subscription page on your Samsung device.
- Amazon Appstore
For Purchases Made in the Online Store
The payment method on account.fongo.com applies only to purchases within this portal. If you make purchases within the app, the payment method tied to your respective app store will be used.
You will be given the option to update your payment method during checkout. If you wish to remove this payment method, please contact us here.
Notes:
- Accessing the online store is only possible within Canada
- Fongo World Edition users cannot access the online store
