A Fongo Plus or Fongo Ultimate subscription is required.
To enable Voicemail-to-email in the Fongo Mobile app:
- Under Account, select Settings
- Under Phone Service, select Voicemail
- In Voicemail to Email Mode, change to forward or copy
- Enter your email address in the Email field
Voicemail to Email Modes
- Off - an email will not be sent to you but the voicemail will remain in your Voicemail Mailbox
- Forward (Fongo Plus required) - an email will be sent to you and the voicemail will be deleted from your Voicemail Mailbox
- Copy - an email will be sent to you and the voicemail will available in your Voicemail Mailbox
Not receiving the voicemail emails?
If your voicemail-to-email settings are set properly (following the instructions above), your email service could be redirecting these messages to your spam/junk folder, deleting them immediately, or rejecting the messages entirely.
