2. Submit Number Transfer (optional)
Here are full details about transferring your number to Fongo Home Phone.
- To move your existing number over to Fongo Home Phone service, you can submit your number transfer while signing up online, or over the phone
- Once submitted, we will take care of transferring your number. You don't need to contact your other provider, we will do this for you. You will be notified once complete (takes 3-5 business days)
- If you want a new phone number, you can choose one during sign up. There's no extra cost for getting a new number
3. Confirm Shipping Address For New Hardware
- You will receive a brand new Grandstream Adapter in the mail 2-4 days after sign up
- Your phone number will automatically become active on this new adapter (whether you transferred your existing number or chose a new one)
4. Payment
- A Canadian credit card is needed to pay for your home phone order
- It can be input online by you, or verbally given to our sales agent over the phone
- This credit card will remain on your account for your monthly payments of $5.95/month when billed monthly or annual payments of $59.40 ($4.95/month) when billed annually.
5. Installation
- Once your adapter arrives and your have received confirmation of your number transfer being completed, follow the included instructions to self-install your adapter
