Please familiarize yourself with our dormant account policy, so that you can protect your account from account termination.
You will receive an email from us prior to account termination. Please ensure that emails from noreply@fongo.com are not appearing in your junk filter.
Your Fongo Works account will be eligible for termination if ALL of the following criteria are met:
- 90 days of call inactivity (incoming or outgoing)
- The account has no calling credit balance
- The account has no active monthly subscriptions
- Pro membership
- Pro devices
- Additional phone numbers
If your account meets any of the above criteria, the account will remain active.
To keep your account active, simply call your Fongo Works system every so often.
Recovering Your Phone Number
You can recover phone numbers deleted due to dormancy by contacting our support team here.
Please note that this request must be made within 10 days of account deletion or the number may no longer be available.
