Fongo tried to charge your credit card for a recurring fee, but the charge failed and now you have an overdue balance.
If you want Fongo's system to re-attempt charging the same credit card, you need to make a change to your payment information which triggers our system to re-charge. You can simply enter your name as all capitals, then enter the rest of your card details normally, then click update info.
Any alteration/update to your payment info will force our system to re-attempt the charge overnight.
See below for example:
- Log in to your Fongo Home Phone account at account.fongo.com/login
- Click "Payment Info" near the bottom of the screen, or within the "Account" dropdown
- Change the "Name on Card" to be all capitals
Example: Julie Archibald -> JULIE ARCHIBALD
When our system receives any kind of payment-info update, it will retry the charge overnight to clear your outstanding balance. You will receive an emailed receipt of the successful transaction if the charge goes through.
