How Do I Log Into The Fongo Works App?

Before Reading: The username and password used to sign in to the Fongo Works App are not the same as the credentials for your online dashboard. 

Getting Your App Password

  1. Sign in to your online dashboard at fongoworks.com
  2. In the Members tab, click on the pencil icon under the Settings column.
  3. Click Enable App in the dropdown
    • Clicking Enable App will send an email and a text message to this member
      • The email will have the login credentials included
      • The text message will have a link to download the app onto your mobile device
  4. Related buttons in the dropdown
    • Send App Password
      • This will generate new app login credentials, if you already have app access enabled
    • Disable App
    • Send Welcome Email

Logging in to The Fongo Works App

Mobile or Tablet users:

  • Use the emailed credentials to log in

Desktop users (MacOS or Chrome OS):

  • Use the emailed credentials to log in and have the Pro Upgrade purchased.
