Default Caller ID
When calling out using the mobile app, you can always choose which number to call out from.
When calling out from a Pro Device, the default outbound number on your account will always be the default caller ID shown to your recipient.
Only Pro users can freely switch their default outbound number within their dashboard. To do so, navigate to the "Features" tab of your dashboard, then under the Phone Numbers section, you can choose which of your phone numbers will be your default outbound number.

Please note that there is a 15-character limit on the Caller ID, and only supports letters, numbers, and spaces. For example:
- Your Fongo Works business name is Joe's Burgers and Fries
- Caller ID will only display Joes Burgers an

1: 204-555-4321
2: 306-555-1234
3: 416-555-9876
If you want the callee to see the 306-555-1234 you can prefix the call with *992 and then the number before you press call
If you want the callee to see the 204-555-4321 you can prefix the call with *991 and then the number before you press call
If you want the callee to see the 416-555-9876 you can prefix the call with *993 and then the number before you press call
Note: If you have a toll free number and try to call another toll free number using the selection method, your primary number will show to the other party.
