If you're having calling issues with Fongo Works using IP devices or even the Fongo Works app, this may be due to your internet network's settings.
With access to your network hardware settings, make the following adjustments:
- Open the necessary ports for VoIP traffic to function properly.
- Enable NAT and UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router or network device to facilitate VoIP connections.
- Check for firewall rules that may be blocking Fongo or VoIP traffic and adjust them accordingly.
- Disable SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway) on your modem and router, as it can interfere with VoIP communication.
