PLEASE NOTE: Upon completion of the number transfer, your Fongo Works account will be terminated if that phone number was the only one on your account.
Please contact your new carrier to process the request on your behalf. You will need to provide your new carrier with the following information:
- Business name and address, which can be found by:
- Log into www.fongoworks.com or (depending on your service)
- Click “Account ⚙️” on the top right of the navigation bar
- The Fongo Works number that you wish to port
- Re-seller Name: Fongo
- Service Type: Landline (All VoIP service phone numbers are considered a landline)
All the fields above are mandatory for the number transfer process to be successful. If all information is filled in correctly, your number will be transferred on the date requested by your new carrier. The Fongo account number is not necessary due to the nature of VOIP phone number.
Restrictions:
- Account cannot have an outstanding balance
- If the phone number number was not ported in, you must be a Pro user to port out the number (the attempt will be rejected otherwise)
