By default, Fongo Works systems will forward voicemail messages to the appropriate Member's email.
- example: If a voicemail message is left on Extension 103 (Arnald Frump), the email address on the Member tab will receive the voicemail email.
You can modify any member's Voicemail to Email address by editing their member info in your dashboard.
Note:
If you have a Pro device or you're logged into the Fongo Works mobile app, voicemails will also be stored "in the cloud" (along with voicemail-to-email) which can be accessed by dialling *98 or in the voicemail section of the app.
Not receiving the voicemail emails?
If your voicemail-to-email settings are set properly (following the instructions above), your email service could be redirecting these messages to your spam/junk folder, deleting them immediately, or rejecting the messages entirely.
