Unable to receive incoming calls with newly installed Fongo Home Phone

If you have requested porting during registration, you may receive your home phone adapter before your number is ported to our network. (We will inform you when the porting process is complete via email)

If you decide to install Fongo Home Phone as soon as you receive your adapter and before receiving porting confirmation,  you will be able to make outgoing calls immediately. Until the porting process is complete incoming calls will not come through.

Once you receive confirmation that porting your phone number is complete, you will be able to receive incoming calls.
