How do a get technical support?

At Fongo, we provide online support via email. This means you will have to create a Support ticket and depending on your severity, your ticket will be prioritized and respond accordingly. 

To create a Support Ticket, following the instructions below:

1. Open

2. Click on Support tab, at the top of the page.

3. Click on Make a Request.

4. Your Email Address:

  • Enter your email address

5.  Subject:

  • Give a brief subject line (i.e. Fongo Home Phone with No Dial Tone)

6. Description:

  • Enter some details of the problem. (i.e. Cannot dial out, but caller can dial in. Tried Factory reset, didn't help etc).

7. Your Issue Type

  • when you select your Issue Type, you may be given some helpful automated information to help resolve your own issues.
  • If you did not find the automated message helpful, you can reply to it to let us know

8. Fongo Phone Number

  • if you were assigned one
  • Start the number with 1

9. Attachment(s)

  • Attach any documents or pictures you would like to help us troubleshoot further.
