Please double check your email address was spelt correctly during signup. Please contact our support team if you have determined that it was spelt incorrectly. Another reason could be with the email provider settings:
- Check your junk / spam and deleted folders to see if the messages ended up there
- If it is found in these folders, you will need to edit your email filters to prevent it from going to these folders
- You may need to create a filter in to allow mail from the domain fongo.com and vm.fongo.com
