To use the Fongo Wireless SIM card, you must ensure that your device meets the following criteria:
- The device is not carrier locked to another mobile carrier (Bell, Telus, Freedom etc). If it is locked, please contact your current carrier to request that they unlock the device. Please note that all devices sold in Canada after December 1, 2017 should be unlocked.
- You need an LTE-ready device with the ability to insert a nano SIM card.

It’s good to know that the availability of each frequency listed above varies by cell site, and devices that support more frequencies, both within a network technology and across different network generations, will have access to more wireless coverage.
