Yes, you can join or host a conference even if you don't have Fongo, any phone can call into our conference services. Although, you may incur long distance fees from your carrier if there isn't a local conference dial in number in your area.
We recommend that you sign up for Fongo and use the app. You will never incur long distance charges calling into our conference services if you are calling from the Fongo app.
