How To Check Your Balance
The remaining World Credit balance will display both on the home screen info tiles and by tapping Add-on Features, under World Credits your balance will display.
You may also check your current world credit balance by:
- dialing *11 on your Fongo app and the automated system will announce your current World Credit balance
- logging in to the account management portal
- your World Credit balance is displayed immediately
- not available for Fongo World Edition accounts
- your World Credit balance is displayed immediately
Expiry Of World Credits
World Credits will never expire as long as you use the Fongo Mobile App to place a successful outbound call once every 30 days to keep it active.
- This call must be answered by the other party to count as successful
- Forwarded calls through your number do not count as a call

On the 31st day of inactivity, World Calling Credits on your Fongo Mobile account will be expire at a rate of $1.50 per month. This will stop if your account becomes active again. Learn more about Fongo Mobile's dormant policy.
