If you would like to port out your number from Fongo to another carrier, please contact the new carrier to process the request on your behalf. Please ensure that you submit a copy of your latest invoice to your new carrier. If you are a mobile customer and you have not received an invoice, please submit a request by visiting the link below to request your customer number:
NOTE: There is a $20 port out fee for Fongo Mobile accounts that are less than 30 days old. Please contact support at the above link to arrange for payment of the port out fee, otherwise porting will be rejected.
Accounts which were previously ported to Fongo Mobile that are less than 30 days old are not subject to the port out fee.
Upon porting completion, your Fongo account will be terminated and all calling and SMS credit will be lost. You are free to sign up for a new account, however any credit from your old account will not be transferred.
