SMS messaging with Fongo Works is limited.
If your system is upgraded to Pro and a customer sends an SMS message to your Fongo Works business phone number, the message will be forwarded to the cell phone number that the account was signed up with. You will not be able to reply to the message using Fongo Works. You can contact our support team to change the owner's cell phone on file for receiving these text messages.
We suggest using Fongo Mobile if you are looking to have 2-way SMS conversations with customers.
