To change your voicemail greeting that others hear when they call your number, dial *98. Then press 3 for Personal Options and follow the prompts.
To change your voicemail administrative options, select one of three levels of system prompts. The default Standard Prompt provides basic menu prompts. The Extended Prompt provides complete menu prompts. The Rapid Prompt level provides a shorter description of all prompts.
To change other voicemail settings, select the Account menu item in the app. Tap Settings to view all editable voicemail options.
