Fongo's free Instant Messaging (IM) service allows you to message other Fongo users, completely free! Now, not only can you send and receive free calls on your Fongo phone number, but messages too!
Tap the Messaging menu item in the app and tap the Compose icon. Select the Fongo contact, compose your message and tap Send. That's all there is to it.
