If you wish to delete a contact from Fongo, and from your iOS device for that matter, you must do so from the iOS device's native contacts app. This is due to a new restriction as of iOS 7 that prevents 3rd party apps from displaying the delete contact button on the contact detail editing screen.
As of iOS 7 apple removed the ability for 3rd party apps to show the delete button on contact detail view screens.
