For device specific connectivity issues, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or 3G/4G before launching the application. Keep in mind the application may already be open so please ensure it is completely closed, connect to the Wi-Fi or 3G/4G network, and re-launch the application. If you are still unable to connect to Fongo, check your signal strength on Wi-Fi or reception on 3G/4G. On Wi-Fi, move your device as close to the wireless router or hub as possible to test your connection. If you are on 3G/4G, move your device to an area with good reception to test your connection. If you are still unable to place a call, remove the application from your device and install the latest version.
In cases in which you receive a "Fongo Connection Failed Click to Retry", the network you are on may be blocking the SIP traffic that we require to connect, you may be able to circumvent this by using a free anonymous VPN service like Opera VPN. Alternately in Fongo 3.7.9+ you can try the 'Alternate Fongo Connection' setting, this bypasses the wifi router SIP ALG setting.
