Cannot connect to voicemail (when caller ID is hidden)

If you cannot connect to voicemail on your mobile application and receive the message "Please enter your account number", you can either:

  • Enter your account phone number starting with a 1 (eg 1 XXX XXX XXXX) and then the pound sign to login. When prompted for your password, enter the voicemail password configured at www.fongo.com/login.
  • Or, tap the Settings options and swipe Show My Caller ID to ON. Voicemail login will be disabled. 

Note: This is a known issue with the latest mobile application update.
