If you cannot connect to voicemail on your mobile application and receive the message "Please enter your account number", you can either:
- Enter your account phone number starting with a 1 (eg 1 XXX XXX XXXX) and then the pound sign to login. When prompted for your password, enter the voicemail password configured at www.fongo.com/login.
- Or, tap the Settings options and swipe Show My Caller ID to ON. Voicemail login will be disabled.
Note: This is a known issue with the latest mobile application update.
