Purchases Within The App
Making purchases within the Fongo Mobile app will use the payment method that is tied to your app store account. This payment method must be edited within the app you use to access your respective app store
Example: The Google Play Store for Android users or the Apple Appstore for iOS users.
Purchases Within Your Fongo Account (online)
To update or add your payment information to your Fongo Mobile account, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Fongo Mobile account's online portal at account.fongo.com/login
2. Click the "Account" dropdown and select "Payment Info"
3. Update your credit card information and click the "Update Information" button
- This credit card will only be used when you make purchases within your web portal account
- If you make purchases within the app, the payment method tied to your respective app store will be used
