Not able to send or receive SMS messages

The first time you order an SMS package on your account, it may take up to 24 hours for new and ported numbers to propagate to North American mobile carriers.  Once this is complete, you will receive an SMS from Fongo that your services has been activated.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased SMS texting and you are still not able to send or receive a text message, please click the Support tab to get in touch with Fongo Support.
